Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Assist in the training of new temporary staff members regarding company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with the latest customer information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
