Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Input and update customer data into internal database systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex problems to the supervisor.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
