Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and take detailed minutes when required.
- Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive administrative support experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
