Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document management for various clients.
- Assist with general office administration including filing, archiving, and organizing physical and digital records.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department with a professional demeanor.
- Answer multi-line phones, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Support project management teams with research, data compilation, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a standard background check.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation is a plus but not required.
