Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and materials for executive staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support the team with basic office supply inventory management.
- Assist with light scheduling and calendar management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be available for the full duration of the temporary assignment (3-6 months).
- Reliable transportation is required.
