Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and physical correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM and spreadsheet systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist the office manager with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, clerical, or temp jobs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position.
