Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist customers in resolving product issues and processing returns.
- Update customer records and order information in the company database.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and respond to routine correspondence.
- Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team.
Qualifications
