Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain precise data entry records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily operational excellence.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, filing, and inventory support.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and recurring needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time temporary shifts (40 hours/week).
