Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen technical candidates for open roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Placement Management: Manage the full life-cycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in the Indianapolis tech sector.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (technical recruiting experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Dedication: A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
