Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms to identify active and passive talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical skill sets and job specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure retention.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Phoenix, AZ technology market and local network.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
