Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and software development roles with 15+ active requisitions
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competency and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand skills like cloud architecture, DevOps, and AI/ML
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting metrics
- Drive diversity initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and bias-free interview processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing IT professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies for hard-to-find talent
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics tools
- Track record of achieving KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction scores
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
