Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for software engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ tech clients in the Seattle metro area
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry events
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate compatibility with client cultures
- Lead pipeline management using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software development roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
