We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our clients in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
