Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Perform initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for various client roles.
- Manage the Pipeline: Utilize our applicant tracking system to track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide daily updates on candidate status.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork, background checks, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and time logs for payroll processing.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to better position candidates for high-demand roles in the Kansas City area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruiting is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Software Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work Monday through Friday (with potential for overtime during peak hiring seasons).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
