Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Manage client relationships and understand hiring requirements
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with weekly payroll processes
- Georgia staffing license/certification preferred
