Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients in the technology and engineering sectors to understand their hiring needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media networking (LinkedIn Recruiter), and networking events, to identify passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and video screen interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate submission to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates regarding the local Georgia job market.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery of talent to our client base.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (Technical Recruiting experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn, and social recruiting tools.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets in a commission-based environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Atlanta, GA office or hybrid model.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
