Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer forums
- Conduct technical evaluations for full-stack, DevOps, and AI/ML roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent engineering positions
- Develop strategic hiring plans with enterprise clients in Denver's tech corridor
- Optimize ATS workflows using Lever and Greenhouse integrations
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through rigorous follow-up
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or fintech companies
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record placing engineers at Series B+ startups
- ATS certification (Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday) required
- Strong network within Denver's developer community (meetups, hackathons)
- Data-driven approach using recruitment metrics (source-to-hire, offer acceptance)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced agency environment
