Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify top talent
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Meet monthly KPIs for placements and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Deep understanding of Denver's job market dynamics
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
