Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Develop strategic partnerships with Columbus-based hiring managers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficiency
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Exceed quarterly placement KPIs while maintaining candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of technical/professional placements in Columbus market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CPC certification strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
