Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Develop talent pipelines for in-demand roles across IT, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS systems and social media to maximize candidate reach
- Track KPIs and report on recruitment metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
