Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across IT, Finance, and Engineering sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 50+ corporate clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and AI tools
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized communication
- Exceed quarterly placement targets while ensuring quality hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in technical recruiting (IT/Engineering) and executive placements
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever required)
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions (20-25 concurrent roles)
- Valid Texas driver's license for client meetings
