Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering roles using modern ATS tools
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Bay Area tech companies
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and candidate assessments
- Develop innovative hiring campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain accurate pipeline metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record placing software engineers at scale
- Expertise with Greenhouse, Lever, or modern ATS platforms
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, React, cloud infrastructure)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
