Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for temporary and contract positions across Wichita's key industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, availability, and salary expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Present qualified candidates to clients with tailored positioning materials
- Facilitate onboarding processes ensuring seamless candidate-to-client transitions
- Track and report key metrics: placements, fill rates, and client satisfaction
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Wichita's labor market dynamics
