Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Leverage our cutting-edge ATS to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in record time
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media, referrals, and niche job boards
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding and follow-up systems
- Exceed quarterly placement goals while maintaining 30+ active job requisitions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with measurable results
- Expert knowledge of Washington's labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Washington State staffing agency license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment methodologies
