Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement
- Utilize ATS platforms to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Represent our agency at job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
