- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ tech clients in Research Triangle Park
- Implement diversity initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Analyze market trends and compensation data for competitive positioning
- Maintain 95% fill rate on assigned requisitions within 45-day SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or FinTech clients
- Expertise in evaluating Python, Java, or cloud architecture competencies
- Proven track record placing candidates at companies like Red Hat or SAS
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification
- Advanced knowledge of Raleigh's tech talent ecosystem
- Data-driven approach using recruitment analytics and CRM tools
