Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and UX design roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in Seattle's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through niche channels
- Proven track record placing candidates in software development and data roles
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles without compromising quality
- Strong understanding of Seattle's tech ecosystem and hiring trends
