Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for permanent roles across Memphis and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and mid-sized tech firms
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record placing IT professionals (developers, engineers, data scientists)
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of Memphis's tech ecosystem and local talent market
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
