Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles in cloud computing, AI/ML, and DevOps
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and position our agency as the premier talent partner
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Deep understanding of tech stacks including AWS, Python, React, and Kubernetes
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment methodology
- BA/BS degree in Business, HR, or related technical field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
