Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical roles
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement data-driven sourcing strategies using Boolean search and CRM analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise clients
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven track record of placing mid-to-senior level tech professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and DEI metrics
