Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical positions
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise sourcing candidates for software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma City's tech ecosystem and employer landscape
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
