Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Leverage ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques to build robust talent pipelines
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and revenue streams
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech platforms
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field
