Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across Indianapolis's tech ecosystem
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software/IT roles
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing
- Proven track record of closing high-demand technical positions
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis tech market and local talent pool
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM or CTS certification preferred
