Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skill assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system (Greenhouse)
- Present monthly recruitment analytics to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with IT/software roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of Albuquerque's tech talent market
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
