Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture fit
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Leverage ATS systems to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech placements
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience optimizing time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
