- Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple open positions across various industries.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and company culture.
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
