As a Senior Staffing Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and candidates, ensuring seamless placements and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various roles within the Atlanta market.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of successful placements in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and Excel.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
