Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and permanent positions across various industries.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals to provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and industry insights.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
