Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source passive and active candidates for key client positions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving business needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidates.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of organization and time management.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
