What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise to source, screen, and place candidates in roles that match their skills and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify passive candidates in the Indianapolis market.
- Conduct market research to stay current on salary trends and industry requirements.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (agency experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when necessary.
