Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for immediate placement opportunities.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies and job boards to identify passive and active candidates in the Colorado Springs area.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates via phone, email, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
