Qualifications

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong analytical abilities to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
