Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
