Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post job openings on multiple job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
- Manage applicant data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new temporary and permanent hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or staffing is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional client visits).
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
