Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technical roadmap for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Quantum) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Strategy: Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and strategic thinking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and executive leadership to communicate technical visions and secure buy-in for 2026 initiatives.
- R&D Management: Oversee research and development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
