Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to fill open positions for our diverse client base.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct thorough behavioral and technical assessments to match the right talent to the right role.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary and permanent placements, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific skill requirements and job expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid office environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
