Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals) to identify high-potential candidates.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full scheduling process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
