Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across various industries, including Tech, Healthcare, and Administrative sectors.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and extend offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and in real-time.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is highly preferred (internships considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site client visits).
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices is a plus.
