Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding job openings and candidate feedback.
- Perform administrative duties including resume formatting and offer letter generation.
- Collaborate with the full-time recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency or HR department is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
