Responsibilities

- Post job openings on major job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future requisitions.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for temporary and contract workers.
- Track candidate metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive salary trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
